A Letter to Rob

Lori

Dear Rob,

It has been a month since the day I awoke to find my bestfriend gone. I tried my hardest to bring life back to you. I blamed myself everyday. I lived it every time I opened the door to our room. It was the worst day of my life.

I could not believe you were gone. I am beginning to come to realize you will never come back. Such a big part of my soul was taken with you. I do want to thank you for all that you have done. You were the smartest man there ever was. You taught me so very much. I always called you my "knight in shinning armor." I always told you that I'd feel safe no matter what with you by my side. You were so loved by everyone. You gave so very much to your family and friends. You also showed me that a person can achieve anything they desire.

You done so very much in your life. You went into the Army and went from an E2 to Aviator Warrent officer, networked computers for the school board, and finally had your own business. You are the greatest man to ever live. I will be the best wife and mother I possibly can. Everytime I look at our girls I can see you. They miss you dearly. I will never forget you. You will always be in my heart and memory. Thank you for all the wonderful years we spent together. Thank you for showing and teaching me all that you have. You will always be "my knight in shinning armor." I can't wait till the day in which we can embrace once more.

I love you with all my heart and soul,

Lori
